Matching up work space with work flow

So how do we do it? Matching up how we actually work with our environment takes a leap of faith.  It means getting rid of our traditional assumptions of work and how we do it.

Do you ever think about how you could work with your heads together or apart or whether you call it hot, warm and cold desking. Can  we create an environment that is conducive to productivity and not disengaging staff.

Can we create an office environment that removes the hierarchical office culture and replaces it with  working when and how we need to.
